Head of Finance

Sheena joined Entrepreneurial Scotland in August 2017 as Head of Finance following a 17 year tenure as Senior Audit Manager at KPMG.

Commercial & Membership Director

Cathy joined the Entrepreneurial Scotland team as Commercial & Memberships Director in 2017 and is responsible for evolving and delivering the membership services

Helen is the Regional Development Manager for Entrepreneurial Scotland

Laura Salmond

Marketing and Communications Manager

Laura is our Marketing and Communications Manager. She has worked in Marketing and Project Management for over 7 years in the private, public and third sectors. Laura has worked for organisations such as Young Scot, Skills Development Scotland and the Scottish Institute for Enterprise. Laura has owned her own business so understands challenges facing business owners. In addition to her marketing qualifications, Laura also has an LLB in Law.

Molly Martin

Membership Services Account Manager

Molly is a Membership Services Account Manager. Her role is to regularly engage with emerging and growing members to ensure they have value from their membership. Previously Molly worked as a former events and membership manager at Scotland House. Molly is also an experienced SFEDI qualified business support adviser, previously delivering enterprise support to start-ups.

Ken Whipp

Entrepreneurial Scotland

Ken leads Entrepreneurial Scotland’s Executive Education programmes which include the Scale up Scotland Programme, The Saltire Fellowship and overseas learning journeys. He also works with the Scottish EDGE Fund supporting businesses post funding.
