They do not need to have a degree or any formal qualification – it’s much more about their personal qualities and ambition. The Saltire Fellowship is designed to help Scotland compete internationally so we’re seeking someone who can make the most of the opportunity and can transfer the learning from the programme into the business they are working in, taking it to a new level. We’re looking forward to hearing from a wide range of applicants wherever they are in Scotland.”
