Organisations are spending hundreds of millions of pounds on employee engagement programmes, yet their scores on engagement surveys remain abysmally low. “Culture as a Platform” is a warts and all story of how David Farquhar and Andrew Lloyd built an employee engagement culture at Workplace (now known as WorkForce Software) to take a business that had been stagnant for a decade. Delivering a profitable result in six months and a total transformation of the company in 18 months. This became the basis for driving revenues to almost 100% annualised global growth (~85% export) before exit to an NYC private equity house and a merger with a portfolio company in Detroit.

This workshop is perfect for those who are facing a step change within their business and believe this needs the buy-in of their employees and a whole company sense of ownership of this vision. Whether the challenge is being stuck at a certain turnover level, achieving profitability, implementing a new business model or international break-through, this is an event not to be missed.

Join us on Wednesday 13th September with our chair for the evening Neil Campbell for this coaching style workshop.
