Tony is a Partner at SEP focused on portfolio management and deal support. He has considerable fundraising and M&A experience, through his role at SEP and also through his various industry appointments. Tony was heavily involved in the 2017 high-profile acquisition by Apax Partners of, the leading digitally innovative global luxury-fashion brand backed by SEP.

Richard Round

Chairman, Cyberhawk

Currently chair of Cyberhawk Innovations, the world leader in visual asset management using drones and software, Richard has a successful track record in senior finance and leadership roles in both quoted and private companies. Richard holds a number of non-executive roles, prior to which he led the strategy and ultimate sale of hydro developer Green Highland Renewables as CEO. This followed success in securing around £70 million of funding for the development of the Oyster wave power technology for Aquamarine Power.
