We have created an exciting new international role as part of our Saltire Scholar Programme growth plan.
The successful candidate will be based in the US with significant travel in-country. They will interact with the ESF USA Board and will be a direct support to the Head of the Saltire Scholar Program. The role will source new Saltire Scholar Host Company projects, by conducting detailed research and building long-term, high quality relationships with prospects, a pipeline of opportunities, steward existing relationships and undertake due diligence. The need to provide significant input around business planning, CRM systems, budgets, management information/KPIs, and management of key stakeholders is a key part of the role.
You will be an efficient, organised and self-motivated leader. We are looking for a driven, self-starter who has first rate organisational skills, a professional and intelligent approach to work, strong interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholder groups and superior written skills to be able to communicate with different groups of individuals.
Previous experience in a sales/account management based role and proven experience of engaging multiple senior level relationships is essential.
This is a full-time role based in the USA, location to be agreed. Candidates must be qualified to work in the USA i.e. a US citizen, have a green card or a valid work visa.
