The Saltire Fellowship Class of 2017/18 Graduation
As the graduates of our 7th fellowship programme embark on their next challenge, we wish them every future success
Many Scots will look back over the years and remember Saturday 24th February as the day on which a formidable victory was claimed in the Calcutta Cup at Murrayfield. Eighteen exceptional individuals will also remember it as the day they became a Saltire Fellow. They graduated from a rigorous six-month programme delivered in partnership with Babson College, No. 1 in entrepreneurship education, as well as the University of Strathclyde: a first for entrepreneurial education in Scotland.
The Saltire Fellows, along with family, friends and supporters, gathered at The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow to recognise and celebrate their success after immersing themselves in entrepreneurial thinking and strategic leadership through our world class leadership development programme.
Our guest speaker, Steve Dunlop CEO of Scottish Canals, delivered a highly inspirational address to our new fellows epitomising how entrepreneurially minded leaders with the passion and belief to make a real difference to our society can do just that.
As the graduates of our seventh fellowship programme embark on their next challenge, freshly equipped with the skills and confidence they need to take their businesses or careers to the next level, we wish them every future success and thank all those who have supported them throughout this experience.
