Claire holds a degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations. For the past twenty-five years, Claire has helped major plc chief executives to improve their personal performance and strategic skills. Claire was the first executive coach in the UK to introduce Onboarding Coaching for newly appointed chair and chief executives. Claire is an expert in applied and behavioral change through directional and innovative coaching techniques. Claire uses these skills in psychological coaching of premiership UK football teams and was the first woman to work with professional football clubs. On top of this Claire is a nationally acknowledged senior executive coach and speaker retained by major organisations including major political parties, and well known individuals and companies.
