How To Apply

Thank you for your interest in the Saltire Fellowship Programme. Applications for the 2017/18 programme are now closed. However, if special circumstances prevented you from applying earlier or if you are particularly interested in this year’s programme, we can work with you on fast-tracking your application. Letter of Motivation and CV

The letter should be a statement of your interest in the Fellowship Programme and explain:
  • Why you want to be a Saltire Fellow
  • Your career aspirations
  • What you wish to achieve through the programme
  • What value you believe you can bring to the cohort
  • Your previous experience in various sectors/industries
  • Any specific aspects of business that you aspire to be involved in.

Two Minute Pitch Video

Along with your letter and CV, you will need to submit a video on "How will you use the Saltire Fellowship to leverage yourself to achieve success or great things".
Your pitch should:
  • Be roughly 2 minutes in length
  • Allow us to get a sense of your personality. Be yourself
  • Be recorded as a video and sent via email or alternatively via Dropbox.

Assessment

If you are successful in your application, you will be shortlisted to attend an Assessment Centre which will take place over a half day.

The Assessment Centre consists of a job-style interview, a group activity and a presentation and discussion of a case study. You will also be asked to attend social events with other candidates, members of our team, and Fellow Alumni.
