The Saltire Fellowship allows companies to train, retain and attract the best by equipping top talents with a global perspective, a wealth of new business knowledge, and 'hands on' experience.
This will provide potential executives with a transformative experience not offered by other Fellowship and internship programmes and will do so within a more explicitly international, customer focused and commercial context.
Paul was part of the first Fellowship cohort in 2009. Having worked in hospitality for 20 years, Paul went into the Fellowship not knowing what I wanted to get out of it but credits the programme as an enabler to help him think differently. Paul is now founder and owner of award winning Cup Tea Rooms and the Gin71 concept bar.
Stuart was founder of the world-famous Red Hot Chilli Pipers and was a hugley successful musician until injury forced him to retire from playing. Stuart undertook the Fellowship in 2012-13.
