RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Writing frontend code for the new Metrikus V4 application
  • Adding new functionality to the Metrikus dashboard to help users run their business
  • When required, assist in the maintenance of existing Metrikus technology
  • Build tools for exploring data from multiple sources in a single, easy to use, portal
  • Optimising functionality to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience
  • Aid design and implementation of the Metrikus API
  • Utilise the Metrikus API to generate screens and feedback improvements to the API team
  • Working closely alongside other team members within the tech team


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of CS concept and object-oriented languages
  • Experience with Javascript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue etc)

Be the UX design thought and executional leader for our team. If you are a candidate who is passionate about helping those around you to reach their fullest human potential, if you see technology as a way to disrupt and reimagine building processes, and insist on the highest standards in UX and human-centered design, you may be the ideal person for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A mix of User Experience and User Interface design skills – including interaction and Information Architecture design, psychology and user-centred design principles. This role is primarily focussed on UX, but it is also expected to include some UI work
  • Work closely with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, scientists, and economists to drive new feature creation
  • Design new functionality to the Metrikus dashboard to help users run their business
    Work closely with stakeholders to optimize various business operations and develop innovative solutions
  • Lead UX research and experimentation to inform our product roadmap


REQUIREMENTS

  • A portfolio demonstrating samples of design deliverables (personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes)
  • Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
  • Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

Metrikus is looking for a Database/DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. There will be tasks across the stack with a focus on improving and maintaining our databases. We work with a collection of different databases primarily in SQL. If you enjoy working with and improving a complex set of issues then you would be the ideal candidate. We are constantly challenged to deliver best in class solutions for our customers and are looking for someone to continue to grow with our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for infrastructure architecture and working with the development team to define and implement cloud infrastructure
  • Defining and implementing DevOps best practices
  • Deploy, automate, maintain and manage our production and development infrastructure. These will include deployments across multiple platforms such as AWS and GCP.
  • Have hands-on involvement with solution development including build and configuration
  • Upgrade, tune and improve our SQL queries, function, tables, views and stored procedures
  • Assist with schema design and code review
  • Transform and migrate data when required


REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience with database development and administration
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
  • Experience with at least one of the major cloud vendors
  • Proactive, analytical approach to problem solving, with strong attention to detail
  • Optionally, some experience with Kafka

We are looking for an experienced PM to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in London and will report to the Operations Director.

Our ideal candidate is a driven and diligent individual - with experience managing multiple projects, suppliers and people. Your role will be to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the projects within the business. As a member of the operations team you will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement an effective end to end project delivery process
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Identify efficiency improvements within operations
  • Participate in product roadmap reviews and help to improve the Metrikus platform through customer feedback and user experience reviews.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

JOB BRIEF

The ideal person will own the positioning, messaging, and branding of a product(s), gather and process customer feedback, and use this to support sales and customer success teams with their pipeline. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the product marketing strategy, taking full ownership of this area. They will develop and evolve market segmentation for each product offering and gain a thorough understanding of customers needs.

They will act as the bridge between Sales & Marketing and Product teams to ensure a continuous feedback loop with the customer at the core putting processes in place to make this easy to do.

They will develop and maintain core product value messaging, ensuring that is in line with customer needs and resonates with target audiences. They will also create sales collateral to communicate the core value of our products' value and how they work to internal and external audiences to support the sales team at every stage of the pipeline.

They will perform regular market research and analysis on competing product features, and positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and deliver high-quality, persuasive, and informative collateral about our software in formal and informal settings
  • Create consistent positioning statements and messaging, write compelling copy for different audiences, and explain the customer-led benefits of specific products to customers
  • Own when and how new products are introduced to the Metrikus platform, leveraging master storytelling capabilities to craft compelling narratives across various channels
  • Lead product launches and releases. Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to plan, create and publish launch deliverables.
  • Manage all related collateral such as website content, whitepapers, product-related press releases, data sheets or brochures, and product manuals
  • Develop, maintain and expand training materials for our sales organization and channel partners regarding our capabilities and competitive differentiation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Expertise in product marketing tactics with ability to demonstrate success in positioning and launching new products
  • Know-how on marketing complex B2B SaaS products
  • Familiarity with product pricing strategies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

JOB BRIEF

Responsible for the management and execution of all day to day marketing activities across French and Spanish markets, as well as to provide the ‘bridge’ between Europe and the UK in terms of alignment, consistency and co-ordination of our brand.

The post holder will work closely with the UK marketing team to coordinate European activities ensuring timeliness of product launches, brand campaigns and other marketing initiatives, paying close attention to the consistency and quality of our message whilst adapting activities to suit local marketplaces. There is no need to have previous experience working in these markets but you must be fluent in French and Spanish.

This is an evolving position. As we develop our sales & marketing reach into Europe the responsibilities, the number of reports and the locations in which they reside will also evolve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of marketing strategy and activities with the UK team
  • Designing and implementing appropriate strategies for French and Spanish markets
  • Definition of marketing objectives and KPIs for French and Spanish markets
  • Manage communications across French and Spanish
  • Coordination of product launches and other key marketing initiatives
  • Timely (monthly) reporting and adherence to budgets and spending limits
  • Drive the use of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to create community and engagement online. Ensure effective creation and execution of social content and adherence to brand guidelines. Strategically re-purpose relevant content created in the UK
  • Build and optimise paid marketing campaigns in the European market
  • Write blogs and content which will appeal to European market
