We have supported over 1,300 Scholars and 1,500 Entrepreneurial Leaders
In 2019, 91% of total income went directly to the delivery of programs
Our Saltire Alumni have started 99 new businesses and, of those who are 3+ years post-graduation, 287 (35%) are in C-level roles.
82% of Babson participants (Saltire Fellows and Saltire Leaders) saw an increase in sales directly related to their learning
In 2019, for every £1 donated the Foundation generated £9.40 of additional earned revenue
1,477 high potential leaders have participated in our world leading and award-winning programs.
The last 12 months has been a year like no other and we want to step forward and support more young people and those who can benefit most from our leadership programmes. Scotland’s future will be shaped by them. All funds will be dedicated to Scholarships and Bursaries.
In a typical year we fund 95% of everything we do through our own commercial activities, whether that is fees for accessing our leadership programmes or contributions from host companies receiving our Saltire interns. It does mean we have limited funds available to push for growth. The generosity of our donors not only allows us to maintain our programmes but specifically these funds will allow us to increase to reach of our work.
You can donate as little as £20, or as much as you like! You can choose to make your donation as a one-off or a recurring monthly payment. As a thank you for joining us, you’ll also be eligible for some exclusive ES rewards.
