Entrepreneurial Scotland is excited to announce that applications are now open to join the next Board of its peer support programme, The Exchange, which begins on March 18th 2025. This peer-support initiative brings together ambitious founders, directors and CEOs to connect, collaborate and grow through shared insights and experiences.
The Exchange is purposefully designed to provide Scotland’s business leaders with a trusted space to tackle challenges, exchange ideas and explore growth opportunities in a supportive and inspiring environment. With 12 carefully chosen participants per Board, the programme facilities meaningful peer relationships that foster personal and business growth and development.
Members will gain access to regular Board meetings throughout the year, creating a platform for open dialogue, problem-solving and accountability. Beyond the Board sessions, members gain access to mentoring from industry leaders and experts, alongside invitations to exclusive networking events featuring some of Scotland’s most renowned entrepreneurs. This approach ensures members benefit from a wide spectrum of perspectives, expertise and opportunities to broaden their thinking.
The journey begins with an immersive overnight retreat at Carlowrie Castle, where members will establish shared goals and set the tone for the growth ahead.
