There are four areas of focus within this tool:

- Process and Organisational Architecture
- Product and Market

Within each area there are two sections for you to score against:

- Now: your confidence level for each question as it relates to operating your business 'right now'
- To next strategic milestone: your confidence level for each question as it relates to the journey towards your next strategic milestone

This short, introductory video explains how to use this resilience diagnostic tool.

The questions are based on a scoring system of 1-8 that reflect your confidence level for each question:

1-2 No or very low level of confidence with no clarity on how to progress
3-4 Low level of confidence but currently exploring ways to progress
5-6 Medium level of confidence with some ideas and some action plan progression
7-8 High level of confidence with clear ideas and clear action plan being progressed
