The past three months have been a transformative experience for me, both personally and professionally. I’ve had the opportunity to express myself creatively, take on responsibilities, and receive support and guidance whenever necessary.
Working at FlexMedical has been a unique experience. The company’s ability to support customers at any stage of their product development process - from concept to commercialisation - meant that I had a lot of learning to do in a field that was initially unfamiliar to me. However, the team at FMS has been incredibly generous with their time and knowledge, regularly explaining procedures to me to help me understand projects and succeed in my role.
