My internship has been an important stepping stone for what I want to achieve career wise and has helped me improve my project management, communication and problem-solving skills. I have learned about an industry connected to my passions and have made valuable connections along the way. I even got to have a meeting with the company’s founder where he talked about his experience starting a business and he gave me advice for starting my own business one day. I experienced a huge confidence boost when my work made a meaningful impact and my improvement suggestions were implemented into the business processes to increase efficiency. I could not have wished for a better internship experience and it has helped me identify what I can contribute to a room full of important people.
