My summer interning with Rabbie’s has been the most amazing experience and I loved every minute of it. I have gained so much confidence in myself and my abilities so I’m beyond grateful to Saltire and Rabbie’s for the opportunity.
I have improved in many different ways; I’ve developed my communication skills and learned how to work in a professional environment. I provided support during the busiest season for tourism and helped the team stay on top of work and allow the season to go smoothly. Due to this being the high season in the tourism industry, I improved my ability to work under pressure and my problem-solving skills. I also feel I made lots of good connections with my colleagues and I will be sad to say goodbye to everyone at the end of it!
My experience interning this summer has definitely been worth it and I have greatly benefited from it. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who gets the opportunity, it has set me up with so much more confidence for embarking on my professional career after graduating.
