A whirlwind of emotions engulfed me last week as it marked my final day at IGS as a Partnership Assistant intern. It was a mix of nostalgia, gratitude, excitement, and nervousness for what is to come.
My time with this company has been nothing short of memorable and transformative. Since day 1, I have been welcomed into a close-knit community of like-minded individuals who I now not only see as colleagues, but mentors, and forever friends. I am incredibly thankful for this experience and the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a fantastic team.
Firstly, a massive thank you to the entire team at IGS, without your support, guidance, and camaraderie, I would not have been able to ignite this passion to develop a professional career that I now have envisioned for myself. My sights are set in a field which captivates me and I am excited for this new phase. I have already begun this by immersing myself in courses and workshops that will sharpen my project and product management skills alongside other vital skills.
Moving forward, I want to express my commitment to maintaining the connections I have forged during my time with IGS. These relationships I have built are not only confined to those office walls, and I hope to cross paths with many of you as our journeys continue to intertwine.
Finally, I extend my deepest thanks to everyone at Intelligent Growth Solutions (IGS), as well as to Saltire Programmes and Entrepreneurial Scotland. I hope to carry on this journey with you as a Brand Ambassador and help other students who will be in same the position as I was once in.
