A Huge ES Welcome – Meet our Bursary funded Catalyst Cohort

Building on the success of our Crowdfund campaign in Spring 2021, we are delighted to welcome 11 high impact leaders to our first bursary funded Catalyst programme.

Through this generous funding we have been able to offer this 9 month programme of support to inspiring individuals who we believe will make the most of this opportunity and use it to create lasting impact beyond their own business.

The programme will begin with the global context of Babson College (the number one College for entrepreneurship for 25 years) and will explore key themes of resilience co-led by internationally renowned Professor Scott Taylor and Professor Vanessa Druskat.

During this programme, the cohort will;

  • Understand the dynamics of resilience in companies of varying sizes and stages
  • Identify and develop the essential skills & characteristics of a resilient leader
  • Build a Blueprint for their personal leadership journey

Following this will be an extended programme of support directly led by Jules Lancastle, Head of Executive Education for Entrepreneurial Scotland. Jules said “The bursary fund has enabled us to recruit a diverse cohort from across Scotland’s regions, as well as guaranteeing industry and sector diversity. This is will ensure fantastic peer-to-peer learning within the group.
