Three members of Entrepreneurial Scotland’s Exchange Community have been recognised in the inaugural The Sunday Times Fast 50, celebrating some of the country’s fastest-growing private companies.
Exchange Members Adam Hunter of Phlo, Andrew Muir of PPS Logistics and Johnny Manning of Connekt EV Charging were all included in the prestigious list, which recognises businesses demonstrating exceptional growth, ambition and long-term potential.
Backed by Cazenove Capital, and supported by S&W and the Scottish Government, the Scotland Fast 50 highlights businesses from across the country that have achieved sustained revenue growth while continuing to invest in innovation, job creation and future expansion. Companies were selected following assessment by a judging panel comprising leading entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders.
The recognition reflects the strength and diversity of Scotland's entrepreneurial ecosystem, with companies spanning sectors including logistics, healthcare, technology, engineering, cybersecurity and renewable energy.
The three Exchange businesses recognised represent a diverse cross-section of Scotland's entrepreneurial economy, from digital healthcare and logistics to electric vehicle infrastructure.

01
Adam Hunter has helped scale digital healthcare business Phlo into one of Scotland's leading health technology companies.
Combining online consultations, prescribing, pharmacy services and home delivery, the Glasgow-based business recorded annual sales of £74.3 million and continues to transform access to healthcare through technology.

02
PPS Logistics has grown rapidly since its launch in 2020.
Today the business operates across parcel delivery, pallet distribution, freight forwarding, warehousing and vehicle repair, while also developing its own AI-powered operational tools. The company reported annual sales of £12 million and continues to expand its services across the UK.

03
Johnny Manning has overseen the rapid growth of Connekt EV Charging, which installs and manages public electric vehicle charging infrastructure across the UK.
Founded in 2022, the Glasgow-based business has quickly established itself within the fast-growing EV sector, generating annual sales of £4.5 million and planning to double the size of its team.

The recognition is a testament to the quality of businesses being built across Scotland and, in turn, the calibre of leaders within The Exchange community.
As Adam, Andrew and Johnny continue to grow their organisations, their success serves as a reminder that Scotland's entrepreneurial future is being shaped by ambitious businesses across a wide range of sectors.
