Bursary Funded Catalyst Opportunity
The Bursary Funded Catalyst programme will provide 12 high impact, high potential leaders - who are committed to creating lasting impact beyond their own business - with a 6 month programme of support. Entrepreneurial Scotland, in partnership with Babson College (#1 college for entrepreneurship for 25 years) will deliver a world class learning and an expertly facilitated peer support programme.
This Catalyst will explore the themes of Resilient Leadership and the Babson element will be co-led by internationally renowned Professor Scott Taylor and Professor Vanessa Druskat.

The value of sharing amongst peers is invaluable - a chief exec position can be isolating because you are limited by the number of people you can openly discuss challenges with. The learning from listening to other people's challenges is extremely valuable - the most useful learning is from fellow entrepreneurs and founders - less so from talking to people who haven't experienced start ups personally. Combined with the learning from Babson webinars this was a very worthwhile programme. I was really reluctant to take it up because I'm already far too overstretched for time - but in the end it was well worth carving out the time.
