This month a cohort of ambitious leaders completed the Entrepreneurial Scotland eVolve programme.
This transformative learning and development programme is designed for growing and scaling business leaders with entrepreneurship in their DNA. It equips them with the tools and methods to think bigger about their leadership and business, exploring the four key pillars of entrepreneurial success.
Meet the cohort below.

I've learned to not be the self-taught leader that I have become, instead using the tools available to get situations resolved. To inspire others to make decisions and assist them to grow and realise their potentials. Not to offer answers to everything that lands at the door but to challenge others in an inspirational way and motivate the team to bring solutions with issues raised.

Entrepreneurs are a diverse crew. They all don't emerge from the same mould, one the public sometimes views as via a university spinout preparing itself for international acquisition.

Entrepreneur Caroline Barrett has built Omni Group into a leader in the fire health and safety sector, combining expertise, innovation and investment in people to drive growth, resilience and long-term success.

Commonwealth Games gold medallist and four-time Olympian Eilish McColgan has shared insights from elite sport with Scotland’s business leaders as part of a leadership webinar hosted by Entrepreneurial Scotland.
