Farewell to the eVolve 2021 Cohort

This month a cohort of ambitious leaders completed the Entrepreneurial Scotland eVolve programme.

For the past 12 months, a cohort of leaders has undertaken the eVolve programme - all using their strengths to support and improve one another in a shared learning environment.

This transformative learning and development programme is designed for growing and scaling business leaders with entrepreneurship in their DNA. It equips them with the tools and methods to think bigger about their leadership and business, exploring the four key pillars of entrepreneurial success.

Meet the cohort below.

I've learned to not be the self-taught leader that I have become, instead using the tools available to get situations resolved. To inspire others to make decisions and assist them to grow and realise their potentials. Not to offer answers to everything that lands at the door but to challenge others in an inspirational way and motivate the team to bring solutions with issues raised.
